Returns & Shipping

All Ash & Co bracelets are handmade with care by individuals participating in our vocational training and employment program.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Because each bracelet is handmade, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons, holidays, or high-volume order periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We hope you love your Ash & Co purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and unused
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging.

We will gladly provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Each Ash & Co bracelet is handmade, which means slight variations in color, bead placement, sizing, or design may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade nature of our products and make each piece unique.
